Would highly recommend Andrea Witherspoon. My land had numerous views and went under contract within a short period of time. Any obstacle that may have showed up she took care of it quickly. Note I am not a local. The attention to detail she provided of the Land was so good. Andrea had it listed and Offers rolled in faster than I could imagine. She told me that it was great location. Communication was great. She kept me in the loop of what was going on with offers and showings. I couldn’t be happier with her and her company.
